There are several top models garnering a lot of buzz. The main companies producing quality machine’s are ATV Yamaha, CanAm ATV, Polaris ATV, Bombardier ATV, Arctic Cat ATV, Kawasaki ATV, Honda ATV, and Suzuki ATV.  The most famous two bikes in the dunes now are the Raptor ATV and the Banshee ATV (both are Yamaha quads).  If you’re looking for a utility ATV, most of these companies produce those types of quad bikes as well.  Also most of these companies produce racing ATV’s for some of the top quad racers in the sport.  These companies continue to make improvements on existing and new models, without recourse. They provide outstanding ease of use with great overall frames, heavy duty engines, and so much more. Whether you’re a novice or a professional, you can’t go wrong with some of these major brand names. There are cheaper models, but it’s not recommended that you purchase one of those. A discount ATV (the Chinese ATV’s that you see in auto parts stores) will lack the performance of a more serious, major brand out there. Consider the top brands before looking at a lesser model overall.

ATV Warranties – Quad Bike Warranty:

Warranties are important. You should carefully read the fine print before signing to get any size ATV. Most manufacturers and dealers offer limited warranties with considerable upgrades after the fact. You can get extended warranties that cover parts and labors in case anything goes wrong with your model. There are some brands that do not offer quite a good warranty, so it is advised that you consider getting an additional warranty to protect your overall investment through the years of heavy use.

Whether you’re going to find extreme terrain, or race on traditional dirt courses, you should definitely look into the many different models and prices available. Many of these great brands start at roughly four figures, and you won’t find it too difficult to manage. Lower end models can start at around $599 and tougher models can rise upwards of $1299 for ATV’s with manual transmission and electric starters. You will be hard pressed not to find a good deal on a top notch ATV.
